CRC CEU Information

For November 8 – November 10

• Attendees are eligible for up to 12 CRC hours.

4 CRC sessions provide ethics CEUs (for a possible total of 5 credits): 

  • 2 Ethics CRC CEU – Fostering an Ethical Workplace Culture
  • 1 Ethics CRC CEU – LGBTQ+ in the workplace
  • 1 Ethics CRC CEU – Service Animals 101 
  • 1 Ethics CRC CEU – Unconscious Bias: Overcoming Ethical Obstacles While Increasing Multi-Cultural Competencies

The keynote presentations are each eligible for 0.5 CRC CEU credits.

HOW TO EARN YOUR CRC CEUs

Fill out and get signatures for 2 copies of the CRC Verification of Completion Form (front and back). These are available at the CEU table near registration. 

For each presentation, you must: 

  • Sign in and Sign out of each session with a Facilitator 
  • The keynote sessions are 0.5 CEUs each. For the Keynote presentations, check in and out at the Exhibitor Registration Table 
  • On your CRC Verification of Completion Form: you must write the title of the presentation you attended and receive a signature from a facilitator right after you sign out.  

Before you leave the conference, visit the CEU Table to: 

  • Have your 2 copies of the CEU Verification of Completion Form reviewed 
  • After reviewing, a staff member will sign both copies. You will receive one copy, and Incompass Michigan will retain a copy for our records.  

YOU MUST DO ALL OF THESE THINGS TO FULFILL THE CEU REQUIREMENTS. If you are missing one of these steps, you will not get credit for your session.  

For extra security, you may also want to take a picture of the front and back of your certificate, and send it to [email protected] 

Social Work CEU – APPROVED

Attendees will be eligible for up to 11 CEUs for the conference.

  • 2 Ethics SW CEU – Fostering an Ethical Workplace Culture
  • 1 Ethics SW CEU – LGBTQ+ in the workplace

Note: Keynote presentations do NOT provide SW CEUs

HOW TO EARN YOUR SW CEUs

Attendees must sign in at the start of each session with the facilitator. Provide your SW License Number. 

Attendees must sign out at the end of each session with the facilitator.

Attendees must be present for the entire session. You will not receive credit if you arrive late or leave the session before it ends. 

Attendees must complete the SW Units Form: you must write the title of the presentation you attended, the number of credits and type of credits, then receive a signature from the facilitator at the end of the session. 

Before you leave the conference, visit the CEU Table to: 

  • Have your SW Units Form reviewed
  • After reviewing, a staff member will provide a final signature on your Form and return the form to you

YOU MUST DO ALL OF THESE THINGS TO FULFILL THE SW REQUIREMENTS. If you are missing one of these steps, you will not get credit for your session.
