My name is Michael Oles, AKA Duckie. I feel like people enjoy my art I do. It brings a smile. My art relaxes me on a hard day and the person that inspired me to start drawing was Brenda. I hope people who see my art will like it.
Program Description
At Peckham, we unleash the creative potential within every individual through our Art from the Heart program. We believe empowering people with disabilities and other barriers through creative expression helps them to grow both personally and professionally. Our supportive, judgment-free art spaces allow artists to explore their creativity at their own pace, building confidence, joy, and a sense of community. We champion the inclusion of artists with disabilities in the broader art space, and engage with the community to showcase their talent and provide opportunities to exhibit and sell their work.
