re:con attracts professionals from Community Service Providers, Michigan Rehabilitation Services, Michigan Bureau of Services for Blind Persons, Community Mental Health Agencies, Michigan Works! Agencies, Independent Living Centers, Michigan human services agencies, private rehabilitation providers, special education, school-to work transition services, employers, universities and more.
Professions Represented
Attendees include agency directors, rehabilitation administrators and counselors, supports coordinators and case managers, independent living specialists, vocational evaluators, job placement specialists, job coaches, social workers, special education teachers, consultants and administrators, work-study coordinators, graduate students, consumers, and business and industry personnel. We are continuously reaching out to new attendees.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors will be showcased during all major events including the Grand Opening Reception and throughout the conference.

Early Bird Pricing
(8/22/25-9/19/25)
An “Early Bird” discount is available to Incompass Michigan members who register for their exhibitor space on or before 9/19/2025. The Early Bird price is $915.00 and includes two comped registrations for the entire conference.
- Additional fees apply for electricity and power cords (see above).
- The exhibitor booths are open from 8:00am-5:00pm on November 6th.
Exhibitor Booth Pricing

The cost for Incompass Michigan members is $1100.00 for standard booth rental, which includes two comped registrations for the full conference.
- Electricity and cords are available for an additional fee of $35.00 (see above).
The cost for Non-Members is $1300.00 or standard booth rental, which includes two comped registrations for the full conference.

Details:
- One 10′ by 7′ booth space including a skirted table with linen table covering
- 9 ft. pipe and drape backdrop
- Includes waste basket, carpeting, and 2 chairs
- If vendors require power at their exhibit, a 110v electrical outlet and power strip plus extension cord are provided for an additional $35.00 fee
- Booth rentals include TWO convention registrations, the individuals who utilize these registrations will staff your booth during exhibit hours and have access to attend all convention activities. Additional conference registrations can be purchased.
- Exhibitors must be present at their booth during exposition hours
- Installation of exhibits may begin November 5, 2025 at 12:00 pm and must be completed by 4:00 pm that day.
- Exhibitors must have their exhibit removed from the Radisson Hotel & Suites Kalamazoo by 6:00 pm, November 6, 2025 or their remaining effects will be placed in storage at the exhibitor’s expense.
- Tear Down of exhibits may not begin before 5 pm, November 6, 2025
