Terrie Hylton works at Services to Enhance Potential – Vocational and Customer Service Manager. She previously worked-State of Michigan- site manager and counselor for 27 years.
She earned a PhD from Michigan State University in Rehabilitation Counselor Education, Masters degree in Higher Education Counseling from Wayne State University, Bachelor’s degree in Sign Language Studies from Madonna University and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Wayne State University. She has four publications and presented over 30 presentations at local, state, national and international conferences, conclaves, councils and assemblies.
