Keisha Hall Dilligard has two Masters Degrees from Wayne State University; Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling and Masters of Arts in Sociology. While at Wayne State University she worked as an Academic Advisor in the College of Education and Nursing Department. Keisha continued working in higher education at Wayne County Community College teaching and counseling at-risk students.


In 2008 she began her tenure with the State of Michigan as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor serving on statewide committees such as Motivational Interviewing and Center for Independent Living which have built external and business relationships and increased advocacy for persons with disabilities.
