David Campbell has been employed with the State of Michigan since 2003. Originally hired by the Workers’ Compensation Agency to regulate the provision of vocational rehabilitation services to Michigan’s injured workers, he is now the Manager of Resolutions, Rehabilitation & Rules and Contested Cases divisions within the Agency. David holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation counseling from Michigan State University, and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Prior to becoming a civil servant, he was the Supervisor of the Disability Management Services program at Steelcase Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI. David has served as President of the Michigan Rehabilitation Association, the Michigan Chapter of NRA Job Placement & Development, and the National Rehabilitation Association Great Lakes Region. He has been an adjunct instructor at MSU and Wayne State University.
