Blair Dammerman received her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from Michigan State University and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Blair has experience working with people with varying disabilities of all ages in the nonprofit and public sectors. Her passion lies in working with transition populations of young adults with neurodevelopmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Blair currently works as a Project/Research Coordinator at Michigan State University implementing projects aimed towards teaching school-to-work transition aged students vocational social skills and employment skills. She also serves as a group facilitator at ASPPIRE, providing support and education in social communication skills and other important lifelong skills to young adults with autism and other disabilities.
